nearby... Moscow? that place on Main Street, I think between 6th and 7th street next to the hair salon school, will do it for a few bucks. Elsewhere, any menswear shop can.
Like Marcus said, it's called "Threads and Things" its just north of "Mr. Leon's" just south of Papa Johns, and across the street from the fire station.
